Today I have three healthy living links that I want to share with you.
The first link I want to share with you is a video that my mom shared with me the other day and it really spoke volumes to me.
This is a commercial from Children’s Health Care of Atlanta as a part of their Strong4Life campaign showing the role that parents play early on in our children’s eating behaviors (and thus life). Without sharing too much, this commercial is a wake up call for all of us. It’s very short so check it out if you have a minute. The video titled Rewind the Future.
The second link I want to share with you is something that I am very excited about!
It is my first published article on Examiner.com as an Atlanta Nutrition Examiner. The article is titled “10 daily tips to promote weight loss without even trying.” Sound interesting? Check it out! And if you enjoyed it, please share it!
And last but not least, the third link is another article that I am also excited about that I wrote over on the Trainlete Blog, a company connecting athletes with trainers. I love writing for Trainlete because it provides me a platform to write about one of my long time loves, sports nutrition.
