Meal Plans Posted!

Hi friends! I hope you’re having a great Sunday!

I just wanted to check in and let you know that Week 2 $5 Meal Plans have been posted! This week includes the following:

  • Six Day General Healthy: menus include poultry, fish, dairy and egg; gluten-free modifications are listed.
  • Six Day Vegetarian: menus do not include any meat, poultry or fish, however, do include some dairy/egg products; gluten-free modifications are listed.
  • Five Day Healthy Lunches: this is a five day healthy lunch menu designed with creativity, health and time in mind; includes poultry and dairy; gluten-free modifications are listed.

Head over to the $5 Meal Plans tab at the top of the screen and start this week of right!
