In my attempt to forget last week (I mentioned why in an earlier post) I’ve decided to challenge myself for the month of October and set an October goal. I don’t really eat many processed foods anyways (especially those pictured above), but for the month of October I am going to avoid them completely. I’ve always wondered what it was like to live when my great grandmother did, so now I can see, at least when it comes to food. Even if it’s organic Kashi cereal…it’s out of my diet for a month. I am curious to see how this will effect my feelings, thoughts, mood, etc.
Maybe this is something you could do with me too, or even limit them, whatever works for you. Let me know if you’re on board.
