Anyways, the whole point of this post is to give you the recipe for Oxygen’s No Bake Protein Bars. I used to make them all the time this summer before I knew too much about specific ingredients and still used ‘dirty’ protein. Now, I can feel even better about eating these deliciously easy protein bars.
No Bake Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 2 cups quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 100 g Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup craisons, raisons, or any other dried fruit
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
Directions
- Line a square dish with parchment paper.
- In a food processor or by hand, mix all of the ingredients together.
- Press the gooey mess into the dish.
- Freeze for 30 minutes, cut into bars, enjoy now, later, or next week!
