After I ingested your blog post, I digested it and came up with this comment.

The best way to digest information about nutrition is to try it out. Listen to your body and what it tells you. You can read a million articles on health, but until you change your habits and see the difference, things won't be that easy to understand. Ingest it, Digest it, Try it.

I know what ya mean Jill! It can be super overwhelming! I like to always remind people of how simple it can be with two of the most important things: fruits and veggies! Haha! But you're right, it's always best to listen to your body! Good for you for consciously making the decision to do so!

Definite information overload when it comes to nutrition! In my search for optimal nutrition I'm overwhelmed. I've come to a point where I will always want to learn but I'm going to do what I know needs to be done and listen to my body and have confidence that I know what I need.

By the way, I just, at this moment, made that decision. Thanks for the chat :)

That's it! I'm going to do it!

This might be my favorite post of yours yet!! Such a great concept on both the Christ level and the nutrition level. I'm working on digesting both. Its hard to change old habits, but I think being aware of your choices is taking a step in the right direction.
