I was looking for a healthy version of this casserole. I thought I was going to cry if I see another recipe with processed Velveta cheese and MSG cream of chicken. I knew there had to be an alternative, and there it is. There is actually organic cream of chicken, but it’s so expensive, I’m going to use our recipe.
