No Bake Protein Bars

by Ashley on October 25, 2010

Finally, after months of searching, I found a protein that offers exactly what I want: 100% natural, no added sweeteners, no artificial color, no preservatives, AND low in lactose. Step in, Source Naturals Whey to Health Organic Premium Protein Powder.

There are so many recipes, like the No Bake Protein Bar recipe listed below, that I always have to skip on because I don’t want to add 894,758,175 chemicals to my food.  Most protein powders have an ingredient list longer than my bucket list and that’s pretty long.

I found this protein on www.iherb.com which is the website I use to buy so many of our foods and vitamins, and also artificial-sugar free gum: Spry.  If your looking for a clean multivitamin or really anything health related you should really check this site out.  I don’t know what I did before I found it.  If you do decide to use the site, refer me!  My referral code is EVA300; it’s like a rewards system.

Anyways, the whole point of this post is to give you the recipe for Oxygen’s No Bake Protein Bars.  I used to make them all the time this summer before I knew too much about specific ingredients and still used ‘dirty’ protein.  Now, I can feel even better about eating these deliciously easy protein bars.
